Our environment is fast-paced, detail-driven, and execution-focused.We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager with experience in high-pressure, corporate environments who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can manage multiple moving parts graciously.Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across production, logistics, staffing, and execution, ensuring that all orders, events, and deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and at Luxe Bites’ premium standard.This role requires exceptional multitasking, leadership, and decision-making skills, and the ability to remain calm, strategic, and solutions-oriented under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & ExecutionOversee daily kitchen and operations workflowTop knotch and quick customer service engagements through emails and phone callsManage simultaneous corporate catering events, deliveries, and national shipping ordersCreate and enforce operational systems, SOPs, workflows, and team KPIsAnticipate operational bottlenecks and proactively solve issues before escalationWork closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure inventory order and management is smooth-sailing and updated for flow of ordersTeam LeadershipManage, schedule, and lead kitchen staff, drivers, and event teams simultaneouslyHold team members accountable to timelines, quality, and professionalismTrain and onboard new hires on systems, standards, and expectationsServe as the primary point of contact during live events and peak production days between teams and upper managementInventory & Vendor ManagementOversee inventory tracking, ordering, and cost controlWork with vendors to ensure timely supply replenishmentReduce waste and manage inventory costsReporting & AccountabilityReport operational performance, issues, and improvements to leadershipTrack labor efficiency, errors, and opportunities for optimizationTake full ownership of operational outcomesRequired Qualifications3 years of operations management experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment(corporate catering, hospitality, events, logistics, production, or similar)Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyExperience leading teams under tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and decisive leadershipAbility to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressureHigh attention to detail with a big-picture mindsetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable with long days, early mornings, and peak-season intensityTech-savvy (scheduling tools, spreadsheets, order systems)By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
