Luxe & Luster Cleaning is a boutique, locally owned residential cleaning company in Springfield, run by husband-and-wife team James & Rachel. A deep clean is often a family's first experience with us, and it decides whether they trust us with their home for years to come. That's why we're hiring a specialist who treats every deep clean like it matters. Because it does.
What You'll Do
- Lead the detail work on our Deep Cleaning and Move-In & Move-Out jobs
- Go after the spots most cleaners skip: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vent covers, cabinet fronts, and every corner in between
- Photograph each finished area before moving on, so your work speaks for itself
- Follow our checklist, then help us raise the bar on it
- Flag anything in a home that needs extra attention
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in detail-heavy work: professional cleaning, hotel housekeeping, vacation rental turnovers, auto detailing, or similar
- A real eye for detail. "Close enough" bothers you.
- A career mindset. You want to build something and make a real impact, not just clock in.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable around pets, since many of our clients have dogs and cats
