**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business. The operations associate will work in our studio, performing a diverse range of duties including pre and post event preparations. This role is for an individual, who is comfortable multi-tasking and has strong communications skills. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the business
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
- Work closely with the design team to facilitate a smooth process for event bookings and execution
- Work closely with the event production team to manage event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Ensure the studio is well-maintained and ready for daily operations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in operations or project management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends as required
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Background in event design or event planning a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
