Luxe Aesthetics is a surgeon-led specialty practice focused on delivering exceptional surgical and non-surgical outcomes for patients seeking facial rejuvenation.
We are launching a high-performance aesthetic sales role designed to expand the impact of our surgical care through non-surgical optimization and maintenance treatments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and driving meaningful results, while working closely with a highly respected surgeon and clinical team.

Help patients achieve the best possible outcomes before and after surgery, while expanding the utilization of advanced technologies such as IPL, laser resurfacing, and radiofrequency treatments.

Your Mission
Work directly within the surgical ecosystem to help patients optimize their results through non-surgical treatments and ongoing aesthetic care.
You will:
- Follow up with surgical consultation patients
- Educate patients on pre-surgical skin optimization
- Recommend post-operative rejuvenation treatments
- Increase utilization of laser, IPL, and RF technologies
- Build long-term patient relationships
You will work closely with:
- Dr. Zaldivar
- Physician assistants
- Aesthetic providers
Your success will directly influence the growth of our aesthetic services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients after surgical consultations
- Educate patients on treatments such as IPL, laser resurfacing, and TempSure RF
- Convert patient interest into scheduled treatments
- Identify opportunities for post-operative skin optimization
- Support the utilization of aesthetic technology within the practice
- Build rapport with patients and become a trusted resource
- Track patient interactions and conversions
Ideal Candidate
You may be:
- An experienced aesthetician with strong sales ability
- A med-spa consultant or treatment coordinator
- A dermatology or aesthetic device sales professional
- A plastic surgery patient coordinator
