Luxaviation Northern Europe is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Charter Sales Nordics, based in Denmark (hybrid options available).
The scope of the position is to grow the Luxaviation Aviation Services division customer base and revenues within Northern Europe.
The ideal candidate has experience in business aviation charter sales and is familiar with evolving in a high-end clientele environment. The day-to-day activity of the Sales Executive is to sell and organize on-demand charter flights.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the customers portfolio with proactive prospection actions
- Identify and target prospective clients: proactively research and identify potential clients in the target market, leveraging industry tools, networking events, and databases to build a strong pipeline
- Initiate and maintain contact: conduct outreach activities through calls, emails, and meetings to establish relationships, understand client needs, and effectively position the company’s charter services.
- Building commercial offers and quotes for End Users (UHNWI and Corporate companies)
- Negotiating with clients and contracting with them services tailored made to their needs
- Preparing contractual documents such as quotations, contracts, flight briefings, and crew briefings
- Organizing and planning flights on our fleet/within the Luxaviation Group or on external aircraft. Following up mission preparation and ongoing flights from A to Z
- Welcoming VIP passengers upon aircraft departures or arrivals at key airports and creating a strong business relationship
- Ensuring smooth operation and activity follow-up during evening and weekend on-call duties (predefined schedule)
- Conducting operational feasibility studies for flights (airfield, firefighting services, aircraft performance, etc.) in collaboration with relevant departments
- Overseeing flight invoicing and payment follow-up for commercial operations
Requirements
- Dual expertise in sales and aviation operations is a plus
- Energetic, dynamic, and strong team spirit
- Excellent communication written and oral skills, proactive, with analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex situations
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Fluent in English, any Scandinavian language is a plus
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Ability to manage stress, with courtesy and discretion
- Impeccable presentation and rigorous punctuality
- Valid driver's license
