Lux Views is seeking confident, outgoing, and motivated Bartender to join our team. This is an interactive position in an upscale adult entertainment venue where personality, customer service, and sales skills are just as important as bartending experience.
If you're friendly, love meeting new people, and are motivated by tips and commissions, this can be an excellent earning opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Build relationships with guests to create a memorable experience.
- Promote VIP experiences and private performances.
- Accurately track private performance times and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Bartenders also have the opportunity to perform and earn additional commission.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Comfortable speaking with guests and building customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and professional.
- Bartending experience is preferred but not required.
