We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the parking facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services while maintaining safety and organization within the parking area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to safety protocols.
- Mange keys and make sure that the keys are appropiately tagged to the correct location.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies. Making sure they are utilizing the app.
- Comfortable using technology and phone applications. MUST HAVE A CELLPHONE
- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns related to parking services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including managing signage and equipment.
- Drive vehicles as needed, including manual transmission vehicles, while ensuring safety at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in guest services or retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is a plus.
- Comfortable driving various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
