Position Overview:
The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff performance, and ensuring an elevated guest experience that aligns with the Lux brand. This role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enforce daily business operations and service standards
- Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and overall operational efficiency
- Address and resolve staff and customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain a structured, team-oriented, and drama-free work environment
- Collaborate with ownership while maintaining professional neutrality
