Position Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas.
• Maintain compliance; driver and employee requirement relative to hours of service, driving credentials such as driver’s license, endorsements, DOT medical, etc.
• Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Performs pre-trip transit vehicle inspections; identifies and reports safety concerns, defects and malfunctions, and other needed repairs.
• Assists passengers requiring special assistance in a professional manner to ensure access for all passengers and promote passenger safety

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B (Required)
• Minimum 2 Years of Commercial Driving experience
• Clean driving record K4-Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Passenger Endorsements (Required)
• Air Brake Endorsements (Required)
• Minimum 6 months experience operating vehicle “in-type” (similar to prospective position)
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Must complete two weeks of training with the possibility of extension of said training.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• Split Shift Only
• AM: Start times can range from 5:00 AM to 8:00. End time can range from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM depending on your assigned start time
• PM: Start times can range from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. End time can range from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM depending on your assigned start time

Pay Rate:

Straight Shift

• $31.42 per hour
• $4.00 Profit Sharing for every hour worked (goes into 401k account)

Split Shift

• $36.13 per hour
• $4.00 Profit Sharing for every hour worked (goes into 401k account)

Supplemental Pay:

• Paid training
• $30 monthly phone allowance
