We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who can partner with the Director of Nursing to lead, develop, and elevate the nursing team while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
- Lead and support nursing staff across all units
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor care, identify issues, and support staff
- Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory readiness
- Perform chart audits and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor infection control practices and clinical protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Help build a strong, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and regulatory understanding
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive accountability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and audits
