The successful candidate must have experience in the use of general machine shop equipment with proficiency in welding steel and cast iron, familiarity with the lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, and drill press, as well as all hand tools associated with a machine shop environment.

Compensation
- The pay rate is $38.17/hour. As of June 1, 2026, the compensation will increase to $39.50/hour
- Saturdays are paid at time and one half
- Sundays are paid at double-time
- Previous experience credited towards vacation amounts with the ability to start with up to 4 weeks vacation
