Medical Assistant at Luv Kids Pediatrics

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Assist Providers and Pediatric patients with well exams, sick exams.
• Storage, supply, and handling then providing and document vaccinations to pediatric patient.
• Utilize PPD throughout work environment
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Minor cleaning of clinic daily

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational and speaking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to draw blood, well trained and certified MA
• Spanish/English speaking
