Bridal experience is a plus, but not requiredwere more interested in your attitude, energy, and ability to connect with our brides.What Youll DoAs a Bridal Stylist, youll create unforgettable, meaningful moments for every bride by:Providing one-on-one appointments tailored to each brides vision, style, and personalityCreating an exceptional experience from the moment a bride walks through the doorRecommending gowns and accessories based on the brides style, budget, and timelineBuilding strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team membersMeeting and exceeding individual and team sales goalsSupporting daily showroom operations including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns/accessoriesHandling emotional situations with empathy and professionalismWhat Were Looking For2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales (bridal or fashion preferred)Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special momentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in sales and the ability to meet goalsAbility to work weekends and holidays (required)Team-player mentality with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeEmotionally aware, calm under pressure, and solution-orientedReady to Join the Luv Team?Wed love to hear from you!
