Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Lakewood, NY. The Salesperson will engage customers to understand their automotive needs, provide product knowledge, and guide them through the car-buying process. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, scheduling and conducting vehicle demonstrations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role requires an active presence on-site, and an ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of automotive products or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
