Lutz Montessori School is looking for a strong, caring, and organized School Director to lead our Montessori school and support our teachers, students, and families.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school
- Lead, support, and manage teachers and staff
- Communicate with parents and families
- Maintain a positive, professional school environment
- Support enrollment, tours, and admissions
- Ensure compliance with licensing and school policies
- Help maintain high standards of education and student care
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education or school administration
- Leadership or director experience preferred
- Montessori experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, dependable, and professional
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily challenges
