Mow Crew

Job Overview:

This is a full time mow crew position with plenty of growth opportunities as you prove your fit for more responsibility. The right candidate must have 2 years prior experience with references in the mowing and landscape industry using, push mowers, zero turn mowers, stand on mowers, trimmers, blowers etc. This position is very fast paced and is not for everyone. You will be held to a high quality of work standard, please don’t apply if you don’t take pride in your work.

Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment daily

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools weekly

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

- valid drivers license

- ability to drive truck and trailers

- 2 years past experience performing commercial mowing tasks with references

- Ability to operate power tools and machinery

- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques is a plus

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
