About the Role:
Join LUTZ LANDSCAPING AND MANAGEMENT INC as a Mow crew technician. You will be completing basic mowing and maintenance task on residential and commercial accounts in the great stark county area on a daily basis.. Responsibilities:
- Complete daily mowing operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Learn from our highly skilled crew leads on best practices in mowing and equipment use.
- Maintain and inspect mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a regular basis.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage crew schedules and oversee project timelines for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including trimming and edging and blowing of of all properties.
Requirements:
- Previous 2 experience in professional lawn care with references
- Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license is a MUST
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for landscaping and outdoor work.
