About the Role:
Join LUTZ LANDSCAPING AND MANAGEMENT INC as a Mow Crew Tech, where you will join a crew on a day to day basis completing basic mowing and maintenance task on residential and commercial accounts in the great stark county area.. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and inspect mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a regular basis.
- Communicate with crew lead to understand the needs of our clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage schedules and make sure routes are completed in a timely manner during the week.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including trimming and edging and blowing of of all properties.
- Operate zero turn and stand on mowers, weed eaters, and blowers on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Previous 2 years experience in lawn mowing and maintenance of commercial and residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license is a MUST and reliable transportation to the shop daily.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for landscaping and outdoor work.
