Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Operate drilling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently across various construction sites.
- Collect, document, and analyze subsurface soil, rock, and material samples.
- Conduct quality inspections of drilled materials.
- Maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including data collection logs, site conditions, and equipment performance reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize drilling operations on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times during drilling activities and participate in safety meetings regularly.
Experience
MUST HAVE A CDL
- Proven experience working as a Drilling Technician or in a similar role within the construction or geotechnical industry.
- Strong understanding of data collection techniques, analysis skills, numeracy proficiency, and technical proficiency with drilling equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high safety standards.
