Qualifications
We seek talented, success-minded people with the desire and ability to make things happen. Our baseline requirements are simple:
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree in the IT field
- Your cumulative GPA is at least a 3.20
- You are a rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
