Space Planner

Space Planner Conshohocken, Pennsylvania General & Administrative (G&A) 4907 Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Space Planner to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of workspace layouts. This role involves assisting in the development of space plans, analyzing space utilization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and functional workplace environments. Responsibilities Create metrics-based templates by collecting and analyzing data on space usage and occupancy. Assist in the consensus management process to inform planning decisions by collaborating with internal departments to understand space needs. Assist in creating and updating space plans using space planning tools, CAD software and custom-created metrics. Support the implementation of office moves, renovations, and reconfigurations. Maintain accurate records of floor plans, seating charts, and space assignments. Participate in site surveys and audits to verify space utilization and layout accuracy. Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders on space planning initiatives. Assist in compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and company policies. Serve as a liaison between Lutron and third-party space utilization/audit consultants. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in space planning. Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post academics. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other space planning software is preferred. Experience using iOffice/Eptura a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS systems. Basic understanding of ergonomics and workplace design principles. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
