Lutron is seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst to join our team at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. Responsibilities
System Support & Configuration
- Configure and maintain SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower).
- Manage master data integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA
- Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, planning operators, and integration jobs.
- Develop and maintain planning templates, key figures, and planning views.
- Add versions
- Provide day-to-day support to business users for IBP-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owner to ensure technical alignment on planning requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across planning processes.
- Assist in IBP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders during project phases.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum, cumulative 3.00 GPA required if less than 10 years of work experience post academics
- Minimum 5 years work experience with SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory modules) required
- Proven understanding of supply chain planning processes required
- Experience with SAP ERP integration and data management required
