Responsibilities
- Develop data products to be used by our sales team, rep agencies, the forecasting team and our business unit
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the Distribution sales pipeline
- Create ad hoc reports to provide insight to the global sales organization
- Work with internal stakeholders to build a long-term plan for our BI platform development
- Coordinate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy and completeness in the BI platform.
- Drive development projects to support the needs of the various global sales organizations
- Support corporate initiatives by evaluating sales projections and leading indicators and present insights to sales leadership
- Utilize your abilities to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment by providing the sales team with ad hoc analysis requests quickly and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred areas of study in Business or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years' work experience required, experience in business or sales analytics preferred
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools (Salesforce CRMA, IBM Cognos, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Must live within commutable distance to Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
