In this role, you will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across key retail accounts, with a strong focus on online sales, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution. This role requires a blend of analytical insight, relationship-building, and digital fluency to enhance brand presence, optimize inventory and promotions, and lead initiatives that support both revenue and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
- Develop expertise in POS, Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IPR), SKU rationalization, and promotional planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key account contacts across functional areas.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analytics and maintain Lutron’s market leadership.
- Collaborate with channel and brand marketing teams to drive online sales and enhance the digital customer experience.
- Manage national online promotions, product launches, and digital merchandising strategies.
- Partner with online merchants and internal teams to execute sales plans and optimize the interconnected retail experience.
- Lead digital QBRs and share e-commerce insights across retail channels.
- Support senior leadership in strategic meetings and contribute to decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution, including new store openings and operational initiatives.
- Negotiate with clients to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in retail account management, e-commerce, or channel sales.
- Experience working with large retailers and/or managing online sales channels.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
