Responsibilities
- Lead execution of product development plans aligned to strategic objectives and timelines
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Execute product portfolio plans across the full product lifecycle
- Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and development deliverables
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to drive execution
- Coordinate go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional alignment
- Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product decisions
- Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Manage products from concept through launch, optimization, and sunsetting
- Bachelor’s degree required - Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 7 years of professional work experience
- 5 years of experience in product management, new product development, or go-to-market execution
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of full product development lifecycle, including technical or SaaS products
- Ability to work onsite in Coopersburg, PA
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
