Responsibilities
- Partner with the second‑shift leadership to anticipate organizational needs and translate them into effective HR actions.
- Build and maintain coverage and staffing plans that ensure the right engineering resources are available.
- Lead recruitment efforts for both college and experienced talent to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Deliver a structured onboarding experience that accelerates integration and productivity for new engineers.
- Guide managers through performance and salary review cycles using fair, consistent, and data‑driven practices.
- Coordinate essential training programs and support ongoing skill and competency development across the engineering team.
- Design and manage job rotation opportunities that promote learning, broaden experience, and support career growth.
- Provide managers with accurate people and market data to inform strategic workforce and compensation decisions.
- Serve as a trusted resource for engineers, helping them navigate policies, resolve concerns, and access development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of growth by supporting engineers in identifying development paths and building long‑term career capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 or 10 years of work experience post academics
- 7 years' experience working in HR
- Ability to cover 2nd‑shift hours (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.)
- HR certification preferred
- Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
- Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
