Lutron is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support members of our engineering team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build administrative and organizational skills while working alongside experienced engineering and other administrative professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support engineers by scheduling meetings across multiple groups and departments.
- Arrange corporate travel by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling the air travel, coordinating transportation and lodging, and meeting accommodations.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Complete projects and special assignments by creating and updating plans, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, and solving problems.
- Edit and distribute presentations, meeting minutes, AI summaries, and other review meeting material.
- Work with IT to support our engineering review meetings and AV needs.
- Create and execute purchase order requests, floor moves, new employee office setups, and carries out shipping requests.
- Continuous improvement of processes by studying, evaluating, and implementing changes.

- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years' work experience required; experience coordinating calendars, travel logistics, and meetings preferred
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a variety of software-based systems (e.g. HRIS, ERP, Salesforce.com)
- Must live within commutable distance to Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
