In this position, you will be a key part of the leadership team, representing the company internally and externally, acting as a liaison between the senior sales leadership team, customers, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage senior sales leaders’ schedules by anticipating needs, understanding business goals, and prioritizing commitments to ensure optimal use of time.
- Representing the company to internal and external parties by welcoming visitors, reviewing and triaging correspondence, arranging company dinners and corporate functions, and responding to inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership team members and international partners to facilitate smooth communication, alignment, and operations across global teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high visibility events, including sales summits, corporate meetings, and leadership offsites. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating vendors, handling communications, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate cross functional and international activities by managing communication across time zones, aligning meeting schedules, supporting global project milestones, preparing slide decks, and ensuring timely flow of information between international stakeholders.
- Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing detailed itineraries and agendas, scheduling air travel, booking transportation and arranging lodging and meeting accommodations, reserving meeting spaces with proper AV needs and coordinating meals or catering services onsite & off-site.
- Provide financial management support to process and manage invoices, POs, and vendor setups for various business needs and expense reports for senior leaders.
- High School Diploma, or GED equivalent, required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' work experience required; experience coordinating calendars, travel logistics, and meetings preferred
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Visio)
- Must live within commutable distance to Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
