- Review both written and EHR documentation in Substance Use Service Line programs to ensure compliance with ASAM, SUPR and Part 2060.
- Provide monitoring and guidance to Substance Use Service Line (Residential and Outpatient programs) regarding ASAM, SUPR and Part 2060 compliance, including document quality review, document timeliness, credentials, routine completion of Internal Audit Schedule, etc.
- Provide training and education to Substance Use Service Line staff, as needed, regarding governing ASAM, SUPR and Part 2060 guidelines and EHR.
- Ensure contractual obligations with SUPR and other funding bodies are being met.
- Support programs in meeting productivity, budgetary, and deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and identified funding bodies through quality and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with other LSSI programs and departments and participate in workgroups related to the development, quality, and compliance of the Substance Use Service Line programs. Workgroups may include MCO/SUPR audits, COA, Quarterly In-Service trainings, ASAM 4, etc.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors or masters in a social service field preferred.
- CADC preferred.
- LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Annual TB test required.
