LSSI is hiring a full-time SharePoint Administrator, Monday through Friday. This entry level SharePoint Administrator provides day-to-day administration and support for LSSI’s SharePoint Online environment as well as closely related collaboration tools; including Microsoft Teams and Power Platform solutions (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps). Also manages/liaisons requests for LSSI website support. This role supports secure access, consistent configuration, and alignment with LSSI IT policies and document retention/classification requirements, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.

- Maintain page/content ownership processes (owner inventory, onboarding/offboarding, continuity of ownership) and support basic publishing standards,
- Provide basic website support by receiving and routing requests, coordinating routine content updates, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
- Configure and support document management practices (libraries, metadata, views, versioning) to enable version control and accessibility.
- Support data retention and classification requirements by assisting with retention configurations, records practices, and audits aligned to LSSI retention and classification policies; coordinate preservation/litigation hold actions with Privacy/Security as directed.
- Provide administration and support for Microsoft Teams, including channel creation (standard/private/shared), membership/access troubleshooting, and alignment between Teams membership and SharePoint content access.
- Support guest/external access requests per LSSI policy by verifying ticket submission and approvals, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring timely access removal when no longer needed.
- Provide day-to-day administration support for Copilot Studio and support the development/maintenance of LSSI chatbots (topics/flows, testing/UAT coordination, releases) under established standards and oversight.
- Build/support Power Automate flows and Power Apps (often integrated with SharePoint) following approved patterns and data handling requirements; monitor solution health and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Document and maintain SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot/Power Platform tasks. Assist with testing and communications for Microsoft 365 updates.
- Create any associated knowledge articles/job aids for SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot/Power Platform as well as other assigned tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- OWASP or equivalent training preferred.
- ITIL or LEAN certification preferred.
- HITRUST experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools in a helpdesk/application support or junior administrator role.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online (sites, pages, libraries, permissions, metadata, and versioning).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration (Teams/channels membership, private/shared channels, and common access troubleshooting).
- Foundational experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps; ability and willingness to learn Copilot Studio administration and chatbot support.
- Experience working in a ticketing system and documenting work performed, status updates, and resolutions.
- Ability to follow governance standards and data handling requirements (least-privilege access; approved guest/external access processes; retention/classification guidance).
- Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
