SCHEDULE: Onsite, Full-time, 40hours, Monday- Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends.
SALARY: Non-Exempt $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Support will support the Kinship and Foster Care Licensing team with filing, scheduling, and the other administrative needs of the program. The Administrative support will assist staff and families in providing and completing necessary pieces of the training, assessment and licensing process. Answer and respond to phone calls or inquiries and provide appropriate direction or connection with the appropriate team member. The Administrative Support plays a critical role in carrying out the LSS mission
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strong knowledge and skills in working with technology an computer systems. Must be organized and reliable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High School Diploma, or GED, plus one to two years of related experience.
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one and obtain approved driver status.
