Purpose & Impact:
Responsible for entering client’s records in the computer data systems for statistical purposes for the program.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for data entering of client's records into ESA database and the DCF ORACLE.
- Retrieve information for the SAVE systems for client eligibility purpose.
- Prepares all reports necessary for DCF Invoices
- Generates computer reports, as directed by Attorney for statistical data from ORACLE and ESA databases.
- Keeps and files proper documentation for DCF and LSF records.
- Assist with all the clerical duties when Administrator Assistant is not available.
- Serves as interpreter as needed.
- May assist paralegals with intake as instructed by Attorney.
- Creates and prepares Fee spreadsheet to submit to fiscal for billing.
- Performs a variety of clerical and field related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Attends all required staff and parent meetings and activities.

Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of hours.
- Must be able to help with files for storage.
- Must have a valid FL driver’s license.
Education/Experience:
- High School or equivalency diploma.
- Must have at least two to three years of work experience in data entry and preparation of reports.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
- Clerical experience helpful.
- Computer knowledge required: Excel, Access and Word.
- Able to speak English and a second language fluently (Spanish preferred).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Able to work with the public.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the area preferred.
- Requires traveling to surrounding counties specified in the contract, if needed.
- Team player with fellow co-workers.
- Accurate, complete and timely submission of paperwork.
- Dependable and reliable.
