Facilities Coordinator 

Butler, PA

Full-time, Daylight shift; 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Starting at $17/hour.

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Provides database maintenance and data analytical support to the Facilities Department. Serves as the Customer Service liaison to all stakeholders (Employees, Vendors and Contractors).  Manages complex communications within the department and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Facilities Coordinator qualifications include: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 year’s related experience.
• Ability to present and maintain professional communication and customer service skills to all.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required. 

• Valid driver’s license.  Ability to travel to the various sites.
