Ready to join an awesome team? We have a full-time Cook position open at our Lutheran Home campus, a skilled nursing long-term care and memory care Community located right in the heart of Wauwatosa!
Available hours for the position are:
5:00 AM - 1:00 PM including every other weekend and holiday.
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM including every other weekend and holiday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cooks are responsible for meal preparation in accordance with established menus, standard recipes, and specialized diets. The Cook must assure that all sanitation and food safety regulations are followed.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of cooking or preparation experience in an long term care, assisted living or hospital setting is preferred
- Must be able to lift, push, and move a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a great work history!
