What You’ll Do
- Generate, cultivate, and follow up on leads through tours, phone calls, email, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, advisors, and referral partners.
- Conduct tours and presentations and guide prospects through the sales and decision-making process.
- Educate prospects on LLV’s full continuum of senior living and available deposit structures.
- Assess prospective residents’ needs and coordinate with the Assisted Living team to determine the best fit.
- Manage applications, contracts, financial information, lead tracking, and sales reports.
- Coordinate and participate in informational, sales, and lifestyle events.
- Meet established sales goals, budgets, and activity expectations.
- Collaborate across LLV campuses to provide comprehensive solutions for prospective residents.
- Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential information.
- Represent LLV’s mission, vision, values, and commitment to exceptional service.
What You Bring
- High school diploma plus vocational or college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
- Senior living or lifestyle-focused retirement community experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and database systems.
