Job Qualifications
Education/Training
- High School Graduate
- Preferably a Certification as Medical Records Technician or Medical Records Designee
Experience
- a) One (1) year minimum experience with medical records and the medical records process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
