Life Enrichment Assistant (Part-Time, Day) – Pine Valley Assisted Living

- Shift: Day (8:30am-4:30pm) - Saturdays & Sundays only
- Hours: 16 hours per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing life, laughter, and connection to our residents through thoughtfully planned programs and events. You will:
- Plan and lead activities that support residents' social, spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being.
- Welcome new residents and help them engage in the community.
- Assist with developing monthly activity calendars and coordinating group events and outings.
- Decorate the campus for holidays and special occasions.
- Collaborate with community partners for intergenerational and external events.
- Transport residents to and from activities as needed.
- Maintain activity supply inventories and provide input on new program ideas.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Support the Life Enrichment team with other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A valid driver’s license in the state of Indiana and a clean driving record.
- Two (2) years of experience in long-term care, recreation, wellness, or a related field preferred.
- A heart for service, strong organizational skills, and a creative spirit.
- Ability to safely transport residents and qualify for coverage under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education to enhance your skills and support innovative programming.
