What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook-Kendallville Campus position at Lutheran Homes Inc?
We have opportunities here at our Kendallville campus! You will work every other weekend and days during the week will vary 430a-1p.
As a representative of Lutheran Life Villages, candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals to be served to residents. The ideal Cook candidate will be able to follow recipes and provide sufficient quantities for times of service while being a team player. Cooks will be required to clean areas and equipment in the kitchen to a standard set forth by state and federal guidelines.

Job Qualifications
- Experience:
- One year food service experience preferred.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to adhere to all sanitary / food service regulations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Weekend, holiday and extended shifts required.
