What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Nurse - Part-Time (RN or LPN) position at Lutheran Home?
The Lutheran Home is seeking a caring, dedicated Part-Time Nurse (RN or LPN, 16 Hours/Week) to join our assisted living community. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide high-quality care, support residents’ daily wellness, and help create a safe, comfortable environment where residents are treated like family. Guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, you’ll build meaningful connections while making a real impact every shift in a supportive, team-focused workplace.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide resident assessments and medication management
- Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and coordinate care plans
- Communicate with families, staff, and providers
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
- CPR Certified
- Assisted living experience preferred
- Experience using PCC EMR system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach
