Position Summary:
- The Education Facilitator is responsible for the planning, execution, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives. This team member ensures that educational programs and outreach activities are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and engagement. This role is responsible for assisting in curriculum development, facilitating training sessions and workshops, and engaging community stakeholders to promote services.
Job Duties:
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, and program events, both in-person and virtually.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of webinars, programming, and curriculum.
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, and program events, both in-person and virtually.
- Perform outreach to schools, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders using consistent messaging.
- Track projects, outreach, and correspondence using Outlook, Teams, and other tools.
- Prepare and organize materials for presentations, tabling events, and digital content updates.
- Assist in developing training materials for internal and external use.
- Develop and foster ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with leadership and team members and other departments to align training content with overall organizational goals. Adjust program plans as needed based on feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all training materials and curricula are current, consistent, and compelling.
- Assist in executing outreach strategies by contacting stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and maintaining follow-up communications.
- Maintain detailed records of program activities, stakeholder interactions, and event outcomes.
- Facilitate internal communication and resource allocation to ensure smooth program operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Communication, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Public speaking and/or training facilitation experience, preferably with youth and/or families.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of liability auto insurance, and ability to drive a personal vehicle on a daily basis for agency business.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Company-issued laptop.
- In-office and in-community work environment, with occasional remote opportunities.
- Ability to travel for various presentations and outreach events.
- Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
