Major Areas of Responsibility:
· Perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting
· Greet clients and provide customer service to them
· Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and take and deliver messages
· Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
· Provide back-office support for the ministry team and various services offered
· Support mental health counselors with new client intake paperwork & insurance verifications
· Process daily mail, including gifts and forward information to appropriate staff
· Enter data into various programs
Skills and Abilities:
- Interpersonal communication and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General comfort with computers and learning new programs
- Organization and multi-tasking
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
Requirements:
- Desire to work in a Christian, faith-enriching setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Office support experience preferred but not required
