Your Role:
- Supervise a team of case managers who provide supportive services to children and families impacted by the foster care system.
- Provide training and support to staff with a focus on client safety and moving children toward permanency.
- Track performance and outcome measures to ensure compliance with state contracts and agency policy and procedure.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and outside stakeholders to improve outcomes for youth and families.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science
- 2-3 years of related experience in child welfare.
- Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life’s challenges.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
