Your Role:
- Complete assessments to determine if applicants can be approved as a foster care or adoptive placement for children.
- Responsible for completing required documentation and home assessment in an accurate and timely manner.
- Representing LFCS in a positive manner with agency partners and in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science) with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field preferred. (Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science etc.)
- A mission driven individual, who fully embraces and models LFCS values and can forge a mutually respectful partnership with team members.
- Organized, independent, team player, proactive & takes initiative
