Your Role:
- Enter contributions and pledges from all donors statewide and generate acknowledgement documents.
- Process tax credit applications from donors to ensure acceptability by the state; respond to inquiries from the state regarding applications and provide audit support as needed.
- Create monthly financial reports for the development and accounting departments.
- Maintain data integrity, generating reports on campaign performance, creating donor segments for targeted communication, and providing data-driven insights to help strategize and optimize donor engagement and retention.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when managing proprietary, sensitive, or personal information, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with donor databases, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks with accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Determine daily priorities regarding gift entry/acknowledgment, data reports needed, and database maintenance and administration. Determine the appropriate coding necessary for entering and maintaining gift information.

- Associate’s degree
