The Financial Specialist and Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the financial operations and administrative functions within an organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial documentation, assist with budget tracking, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial records and reports
  • Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks and manage schedules
  • Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding financial matters
  • Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents
  • Assist in payroll processing and invoice management
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
