They manage the data dashboard, lead quality assurance and contract compliance initiatives, and support LCS’s mission by promoting seamless, collaborative, and high-quality community-based services.

All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The Operations Manager coordinates district office operations, oversees the Support Services Team and Facilities, and ensures quality, efficiency, and effective resource use across programs. They manage the data dashboard, lead quality assurance and contract compliance initiatives, and support LCS’s mission by promoting seamless, collaborative, and high-quality community-based services.
- Contract and Grant Management: Provide monthly reports on contract deliverables and organizational metrics via the district data dashboard.
- Quality Assurance & Program Improvement: Lead PQI efforts, facilitate meetings, support clinical chart reviews, guide accreditation/audit work, and develop data collection methods to track compliance and community impact.
- Operational Support: Advise Program Supervisors, Directors, and Leadership on operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory/accreditation standards.
- Support Services & Facilities Oversight: Supervise Support and Facilities staff, manage building needs, office organization, records, vendor relationships, and ensure smooth administrative and program operations.
- Financial Support: Oversee accurate and timely financial documentation with the Shared Services Fiscal team.
- Staff & Intern support: Mentor and manage staff, interns, and volunteers in quality improvement, support services, data, and facilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Compliance & Organizational Culture: Ensure HIPAA/VAWA adherence, model professional communication, and participate in disaster response and business recovery planning to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace.
- Two (2) years of related experience; Program/office management
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of degree
- Credentials may be required depending on individual program or location requirements.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
- Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
- Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle
- Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
- Successfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy environment
- Interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and using technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to walking
- Moves equipment/materials weighing up to 10 pounds
- Travels between worksites occasionally
- Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, and faith-based settings such as churches
- Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
