Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Candidates must possess the following minimum requirements to be considered for the position.

Minimum Position Requirements:

1] Proficient with MicroSoft 365

2] 1-2 years of office experience

3] Ability to prioritize assigned job functions and consistently meet deadlines

4] Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5] Ability to foster nurturing relationships with children, parents, church members and staff.

In this role, you will be ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff, LCOP members and the general public alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly.
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping using digital tools like Microsoft Office.
  • Support the LCOP tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, bulletin management, and coordinating meetings.

Position supports church and preschool operations and activities. The position is based on approximately 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay rate based on experience.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
