Job Description
LCC is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of operation of the dietary department
- Clinical assessments
- MDS & Care Plans
- Supervising meals to meet the needs of each resident
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of supervisory food service experience preferred, knowledge of federal & state regulations.
