Front of House Supervisor
Coburg Village is an upscale retirement community in Rexford, NY with a well established reputation for high quality service. We are customer service focused professionals, seeking an individual who wants to join a team and provide our residents with warm hospitality, exceptional service, and delicious food.
Position Requirements:
- Experience leading a FoH team in multiple dining styles, including fine dining and fast casual
- Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality
- Hands on management/leadership style for all FoH employees
- Training, developing, and motivating the team to deliver legendary customer service
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Point of Sale systems
- Previous banquet setup and execution, for both casual gatherings and formal events
- Strong management skills with attention to detail
Hours: 11:00am – 7:30pm rotating weekends (working ever 3rd weekend) and rotating holidays
Generous Benefits Package with up to 29 days off per year
