- Maintain the cleanliness of the Village Grille throughout meal service, including proper setup before service and thorough cleaning after service. Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of visible debris.
- Follow established opening and closing procedures.
- Greet residents in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Provide high-quality service to residents, guests, and staff.
- Utilize a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system for accurate order entry and communication with the kitchen.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food within the Village Grille and for To-Go orders.
- Assist with catered events as needed.
